We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and undamaged items in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this period, we may have started processing your order and cancellation may no longer be possible.
